Active in the catering industry for 7 years, our chef, who holds a BEP and BAC PRO in cooking, but also an additional qualification in restaurant desserts and a CAP in pastry, has perfected his skills in different areas and food industry companies (boutique pastry chef, pastry section manager, second in the kitchen).

It is thanks to all its riches that it will be able to offer you a varied and harmonious menu to taste dishes that will accompany your best memories at the Soleil d'Or.
